Before you arrive

We ask what the week actually holds: the commitments you cannot move, how you train now, how long you are staying and who is travelling with you.
Pronoia is a Performance Destination in Jimbaran, Bali. Business travel here means keeping the week you already have — the calls, the decisions, the things other people are waiting on — in a place that also holds your training, your recovery, your food and your sleep. Jimbaran is one of the older parts of the island's south: residential, unhurried, and practical to reach at the end of a long flight. You are not stepping out of your life for a week. You are spending one where those things stop pulling against each other.
Training slips first, because it is the easiest thing to move. Recovery goes next. Meals become whatever is nearest the meeting, and sleep takes what is left.
This is rarely about discipline. A week with no shape gives its remaining hours to whoever asks loudest.
Somewhere to work and somewhere to think, without both happening in the same corner of a hotel room. Training that sits inside the week, at an hour that survives contact with the day.
Recovery scheduled around the flights and the hard days. And private accommodation, so the part of the day that decides how the next one goes is not the part you give up.

We ask what the week actually holds: the commitments you cannot move, how you train now, how long you are staying and who is travelling with you.

The day is built around the hours that are already spoken for. Training goes where it fits, not where a timetable says it should.

Weeks move. When yours does, the plan moves with it, and nothing here depends on you holding to a fixed schedule.

The point is a way of working that survives the flight home, rather than a week that only held together in Bali.

It begins with a Performance Baseline: a short set of markers that matter to you, agreed with you at the start.
Training, recovery and food are then coordinated by people who can see how your week is going, and changed while you are still here.
If you want the environment and the accommodation without the Program, Performance Stay is the other way in.
Azure Beach Restaurant by Pronoia is part of the stay. So is the pool, and the hour at the end of the day with nothing scheduled in it.
The food is built to support what you are doing here. It is still food you would choose on its own terms.
Privacy comes first and company is there when you want it. Train alongside other people or on your own; eat with them or don't.

Physical capability compounds. So does letting it go, one busy quarter at a time, in increments small enough that no single one ever looks like a decision.
A working stay here is one way of interrupting that, and of looking after the thing most of your other ambitions depend on.
You do not need the week planned before you write to us.
Tell us when you are travelling and for how long, what has to keep running while you are here, how you train now, whether you are coming alone, and what you want to keep or improve.
We will come back to you in writing with what we would recommend — the Performance Program, a Performance Stay, or neither, if Pronoia is not the right fit for the trip you are describing.
