Performance Nutrition · Pronoia Resort

Food designed around what you are doing.

Meals are integrated with the demands of your stay: training, recovery, dietary requirements and the work you came to do.

Here, food is part of the programme.

At Pronoia, nutrition is not treated as a separate add-on. The food structure sits alongside training, recovery, sleep and work so the day operates as one coordinated environment.

  • Built into the programme

Meals form part of the programme structure rather than a separate strategy guests have to assemble for themselves.

  • Adjusted where it matters

Where appropriate, food can respond to the programme pathway, training demand, dietary requirements, relevant preferences, energy needs and recovery objectives.

  • Food you want to eat

The objective is excellent food designed around what you are doing, not a medical meal plan or optimisation theatre.

The food supports the programme.

Meals are part of every current programme. Each programme states them in its own words:

  • Performance Program

Three meals per day and snacks.

  • Nervous System Reset

Three meals per day and snacks.

  • 21 Hard

Daily meals prepared with fresh, farm-sourced ingredients and dietary choices. The programme also includes three personalised fitness or nutrition consultations.

Each programme page sets out its full inclusions.

Your requirements, confirmed before arrival.

Dietary requirements and relevant preferences are confirmed before arrival. Where appropriate, the meal structure can be adapted without turning the stay into a restrictive diet.

The food is not medical nutrition. If a dietary need is clinical, such as a severe allergy or a medical condition, tell us before you book so we can confirm what can be arranged; it may need input from your own healthcare professional.

Real food, real tables.

One part of a coordinated day.

Training affects recovery. Recovery affects the next session. Food supports both. Pronoia brings the inputs together so guests do not have to coordinate each part of the day separately.
